The following file types may be sent to our server for conversion: JPG, PNG, HEIC, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, TXT, RTF, EPUB, HTML, CSV.
2.3 Anonymous Analytics
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the App. The data collected is fully anonymous and includes:
- App usage statistics (features used, conversion types)
- Device type, OS version, and language (no personal identifiers)
- Crash reports (to improve stability)
2.4 Subscription & Payment Data
The App follows a freemium model:
- Basic image & text conversion is free
- Office document conversion and advanced PDF tools require a premium subscription
All subscription and in-app purchase management is handled securely by:
- Apple App Store (for purchase processing)
- RevenueCat (for subscription lifecycle management)
No credit card or payment information is stored by ConnectingDots Infotech.
2.5 Data We Do NOT Collect
- No names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information

- Withdraw consent for camera or photo library access via device settings

- Request a copy of your subscription data from RevenueCat / Apple
Because we do not collect personal data, most requests will be confirmed as “no data found.”
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately.
